"We've had two children graduate from CCS, and we have two sons attending right now. There are some teachers at CCS that just bowl us over and have made an impact on our kids, and many others I'm sure. The teachers are all about getting to know the kids and building relationships.  That's what learning is all about."

At Calgary Christian School we believe in nurturing and educating the whole child. The means creating an environment for all children to thrive and explore the gifts God has given them. As an accredited school we meet or exceed the curricular requirements of Alberta Education. The curriculum offers an integrated approach to learning that reflects and explores the diversity, complexity and richness of God’s world. The values and beliefs of the Christian faith are intentionally integrated into the daily activities of the school.

For the middle school student, relationships become one of the greatest forces and motivations for the child. That’s why we focus on teaching the students through relationships and work toward broadening and deepening those connections.

The most important relationship is that with Jesus Christ. We emphasize the exploration and experience of what it means to be disciples in our world today. We challenge and guide our young people and help them make sense of their experiences in God’s world.

We offer students a safe environment to learn and grow as a Christian and teenager. We have an appropriate dress and conduct code to help students make good choices. We expect students to be courteous and considerate in all their interactions with other students and teachers.
