RE-ENROLLMENT IS NOW CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT

In an effort to make re-enrollment quicker and easier, CCS will start “Continuous Enrollment” of students into the 2020-2021 school year. This means students who are enrolled at CCS now will remain enrolled until one of the following occurs:

a) they are formally withdrawn by their parent/guardian; 

b) they graduate from Grade 12; or   

c) a parent or the student fails to abide by the partnership agreements signed at the time of their admission;                    

d) failure to submit the deposit of $200/student in Gr. K-11

Families may add or withdraw a student from the rolls using this Add/ Withdraw Form. The deadline for adding or withdrawing a student is January 31, 2020. A non-refundable deposit equal to $200/student currently in Grades K-11 must be paid by February 15,2020. The deposit will be applied towards the family’s program fees for next year.

Did you know? Starting July 1, 2020, CCS will only accept payment for program fees by direct debit, cheque or cash.  CCS paid $23,500 in credit card fees last year! This is the same amount that we spent on natural gas to heat both buildings; or would pay for 2/3 of the field trips for  elementary students, or enough to pay for the music program at both campuses and most of the drama program!  If you have questions, please contact our Business Office (accountsoffice@calgarychristianschool.com or ph.403.242.2896 ext 318)
