Hello Calgary Christian School Family,
It is an incredible blessing to be a part of such a wonderful community here! I am so excited to have the opportunity to share my love for Jesus with my students. He is truly at the center of everything I do.
For the past four years, I taught with the public school district, where I obtained a continuous teaching contract. This past year, I felt God calling me to give up that contract and pursue a teaching position in a Christian school. I stepped out in faith and feel so truly blessed to be able to teach Grade One at CCES with an amazing team! God is such a Faithful Father whom we can fully trust and rest in His sovereignty. I am so excited to see how He will lead us through the year together.
I am passionate about teaching, ministry and serving those around me. My time outside of school is spent leading worship at my church, serving in youth and Kids ministry and providing respite foster care to twin year and a half old baby girls.
My prayer for students and their families this year is that we will trust in God’s character, grow in our relationship with Him and each other, and that we will let our lights shine to reach those around us and to glorify Him in all that we do. I cannot wait to see what God does in and through us this year!
