Christmas Care Packages for Shalem

This pandemic has been especially hard on seniors. Not only are they most vulnerable to COVID-19, many are struggling with grief, loss, isolation and loneliness. 

This Christmas season, please consider donating a small care package to a Shalem Senior. We want to ensure every senior at Shalem receives a gift this Christmas! To do this, we need 140 gift packages. 

Can you help us? 

Some suggested items to include are: 

Socks 

Toothbrush 

Hand sanitizer Homemade crafts 

Toiletries; lotions, hand wash, body wash Goodies; chocolate, chips, hard candies Home baked Christmas cookies Small Christmas ornaments/décor 

NOTE: Please do not include candles. Packages to be $25 or under in value. Please ensure the care package is contained in one gift bag and ready to be given directly to a senior. We encourage you to include a note, Christmas card or art from children, please only include first names.
