Sport Calgary, a non-profit organization that is a Civic Partner with the City of Calgary, is hosting Just Let Them Play. An educational event for parents, teachers, coaches and volunteers - on November 16 at Bowness High School. Former NBA player Bob Bigelow will be speaking about many issues in youth sport, including creating safe league structures, letting kids play with creativity, the impact of community sports on school sports, and more.
After his presentation, there will be a panel discussion on those topics with Olympic gold-medalists Catriona Le May Doan, Duff Gibson, and Cassie Campbell-Pascall.
